Why did Unions do this? Heating units installed upside down, concrete steps uneven, wheelchair ramp too steep?

"Heating and cooling units were installed upside down, inspectors found. Concrete steps were uneven. Cracked and wet lumber had to be torn out. A ramp for the disabled was too steep for wheelchairs, and the landmark clock tower listed to one side."

.7 billion wasted…

But … LOL …. working with Corporations as an independent contractor … I can tell you that Corporations waste FIVE TIMES that amount ….

But I understand … you probably worship corporations as being …. God-Like …. and Government as being …. evil.

Lots of Red Staters embraced that belief … ever since the ‘big bad federal government’ … forced them the accept Civil Rights for Blacks in the 60’s.
